"We ended our trip to Tunisia with a few days in Djerba! Dar Chick Yahia is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of Houm Souk and enjoy some family time! The beach, just a 4-minute walk away, is truly incredible, beautiful, and practically deserted (we were there in early November, but it was 25-30°C and the sun was at its zenith). The sunset is definitely worth seeing! The dar itself is lovely, and Manuel, Sofia, and their team are fantastic—attentive, kind, and full of great advice. Thanks again!! "Don't go to this hotel, the service and the atmosphere are terrible, your tablecloths are taken away at 9pm after dinner while you're having a drink, the waiter makes you lift your glass so he can take it out right at 9pm, the staff is frowning, the room cleaning is beyond criticism, the people are frowning, cold, it's terrible, they make you pay for your water in the all inclusive..."

"nice hotel, the food was fairly good and there is plenty of variety. The entertainment I’m not so sure about, I’m sure it is good if you speak French (I don’t) but the staff are very energetic. Especially our waiter Akermi, he was so helpful and attentive, decorated our table each night differently and really put effort in. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would come back."
