Kostamar Beach Resort

This is one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I booked a room and they kept me waiting for more than 1 hours as the room they provided had some issues with the AC, the room have foul smell and I had to constantly call housekeeping for towels and sanitary which they have not provided during check in, they said towels are short and will provide afterwards. I would suggest not to go with the beautiful pictures of the property as they looks stunning and the service is just opposite of it. Need to change the management and whole staff. Worst experience

Pathetic service and front desk response. The food quality is ok but you have to fight for seats (breakfast), pool and outer premises are well maintained but the rooms are pathetic. Please change your room service or else you will lose your sheen.

First of all the location is great. The rooms are alright. They’re renovating the property which is good. They need to work on their customer service. No one absolutely no one knows how to talk to people not even the managers. They need to get this sorted asap. Just as the customer service the food is also terrible. At this point just replace the whole **** staff. Also they need to put some restrictions like no smoking inside the premises or no littering. Overall not a big issue but definitely need some work here.

After check in no water in washroom. -Nobody responded in front office -Ac is so noise whole night too much disturbance. - evining dinner we all had starters. ---Chicken is fine but panner is too dry and served cold. . Morning BF experience is worst and tasteless food . Check out experience not good they over charge us due to mistake and arguing staff is not from hospitality background. Never recommend thank you.

Excellent service and staff and good facilities.....Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We are very grateful to kostamer resort and all the staff because such a co-operate with us. And enjoy our conference we are experiencing rooftop,swiming pool and gaming zone etc but very thankful to hotel and staff and guard for our great experience.

This is the best place for stay at Nagoa Beach. This one is located almost at the point where beach starts. The stretch where all the hotels of Nagoa beach are loctaed is small, barely 500 mtr. So do not get confused by looking at Google map. They are just located one after another in adjoining properties. Even the ones on other side of road are at walkable distance to Nagoa beach. Rooms are large and nicely laid out with a small fridge which is good to stock beer. I did not try the inhouse bar, as you cnan buy alcohol very cheap from wine shops in the town. In house food was good. There is a swiming pool with very odd timimg. The pool is close after 7pm. You typiclly return to hotel in the evening. Basically the pool is for show off discouraging people to use it, as to use it you have stay put during day time.

The resort is very nice, near food and staffs are also very nice and the main thing is they are offering very good price deal.in the budget the management is giving their 200%. First see what you are paying to the Resort and in that price what you are expecting. According to me the resort is very nice and the last special thanks to the management..

Absoutly satisfied with the experience of staying at Kostamar Beach Resort which situated exactly in front of the Nagoa Beach in Diu. Good in house service by the staff which is very helpful. I would recommend it for anyone who is planning a trip to Diu.
