Hotel room is clean but abit far to the Harrah's ******. Breakfast is okay with hot and cold foods. Hotel has indoor swimming pool but not open yet.

The front desk women were very efficient and professional. Also, they were kind and polite. Hotel and room were clean and well furnished. Beds were SUPER comfy! Will definitely come back for another staycation. ☮️

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Cleanest hotel I’ve ever been a guest at. Staff was amazing and helpful. It is very hard to find good customer service these days but this hotel had some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a very long time. The manager Brandy was sweet and did not stop cleaning the entire time we were there. No matter the day or time of day she was cleaning.

Avoid this place! After the stay I found an additional "damage" charge for a table that "was pulled away from the wall". I'm a minister, and if I damaged it I definitely would own it but this wasn't done by us. I called and they said they have "pictures"....yeah, well I can take pictures of anything and charge every customer that comes in for the same thing. THEY WILL SCAM YOU!

I happen to be served by Mrs saidee and the experience was so pleasant. She helped with everything that I needed and the room here was very nice, extremely clean and the staff is wonderful, well mannered and trained well, thank you saidee! I enjoyed my stay

Property was outdated. Paint and wall peeling in several areas. The key cards has trouble working on several doors. Key card for door to fitness room did not work.

Decent hotel fairly close to Cherokee. The reason we booked this hotel is for the indoor pool and hot tub and the hot tub was broken this time or down. At breakfast, the pancake maker was broken as well. Other than that, it was exactly what you would expect from a Holiday Inn.
