we stayed there from 11 to 13 th of May 2025( 2 N,3D).
location : 4/5 ( adjacent to new digha taxi/bus stand, opposite bhorpet resort).
amenities: 3/5 ( sweeming pool- very average, need maintenance).
staff behaviour: 5/5
food and pricing - 5+/ 5... ( just awesome, we tried preparation of crabs, prawn and pomfret fish)
Room+ washroom ( AC super Deluxe)- 4/5
cleanliness) hygeine - 4/5
intercom+ other articles- all are present but need little bit improvement in maintenance - 3.5/5

Worst hotel stay..bad behavior of the manager..super deluxe doesn't seems to be like super deluxe.. dirty walls broken walls. Unhygienic restaurant..all over flies n food quality is terrible..the breakfast they guve for complimentary is the most worst thing ..i would rate 0 if possible

The hotel was good . The manager gives me a super deluxe room that's a good service because i booked only deluxe room . thanks to the manager . And i loved the hotel 👍

The room was clean and comfortable, which was the only positive aspect of my stay.
Unfortunately, the swimming pool was poorly maintained. I had booked my stay with breakfast included, which was supposed to be served from 8 AM to 10 AM. However, when I went for breakfast at 9:30 AM, several items were already unavailable. Upon asking, I was told that earlier guests had taken more than their share, and nothing could be done.
Additionally, some of the staff members were not very courteous, which further affected the overall experience.

Location - this property is easily accessible as it is on the road in new digha but one can only find the sea from the roof as the sea is not visible from the verandah.
Food- Bengali cuisines are not good at all and all the types of fishes and crab are also not available mostly. Chinese cuisine is good and the complementary breakfast is very good.
Amenities & Services - The pool is very small and dirty always with lots of dead flies and insects floating in it. the bathroom was clean but there were some spots on the ceiling in my room. Also, the pillow cover had some holes. The service was good and was well provided by all the staff.
