Bayside Inn

Beautiful location and super comfortable accommodations. Angela is lovely 😊 and we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. A delightful experience I would highly recommend. Great place to set off for whale watching on Brier Island.

The Bayside Inn is a very special B&B. Upon our arrival April greeted us with the most welcoming smile and conversation. She didn’t just hand us a key. She walked us to our room and showed us the common areas of the B&B treating us like family. Our room was perfect. The queen size bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. The water pressure in the shower was excellent! Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were full size Aveeno products. We really appreciated the power strips on each side of the bed. My husband and I didn’t have to “paper, scissors, rock” to see who would get the plug first to charge their phone nor was there a need to move furniture to try to find a plug for personal electronics. Angela, the owner of Bayside has done a wonderful job making our room feel like home. Thank you! Breakfast was delicious and fun! Coffee, tea, juice, cereals, homemade muffins and breads along with a different hot breakfast every day. (Blueberries pancakes, French toast, eggs, bacon) We enjoyed breakfast in the dining room. It was fun sharing a table and chatting with other guests. However, had we preferred we could have enjoy our breakfast on the enclosed front porch or the cozy front sitting room. The Bayside Inn is located within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the marina, and all the fun activities offered by the community of Digby. Angela, the owner of Bayside, is a joy! It is obvious she and her staff strive to ensure every guest feels valued and their accommodations meet complete satisfaction. We will definitely be booking Bayside Inn for our next visit to Digby, Nova Scotia.
