失望而回的一次：餐廳服務好，前台及房間收拾失望了

The 4 nights and 5 days trip was so fun^^ The breakfast was delicious, the ocean was beautiful, the pool was really nice, and the staff were so kind and nice Ah! And you should definitely reserve the Hoi An free shuttle in advance!! And one downside is that the room cleaning was too early.... We were traveling independently, so we didn't have any morning plans. After eating breakfast and taking a short break, the door opened and we were shocked. Please note that if you don't want morning cleaning, hang it on the door and go eat breakfast~~ I hesitated to reserve a place because it was far from downtown Da Nang, but when I went there, it seemed like it was the same distance? Grab was fast, there was a free shuttle, and the delivery food was fast and good. By the way, this is a famous restaurant ㅠㅠ I want to go eat Kuang Noodles again, and the salt coffee was definitely the best of any salt coffee I've had in Da Nang!!!

Facilities: Very good. The hotel is very new and very large. There are many room types. The villas are beautiful and there is a garden swimming pool. Hygiene: very good new The environment is right on the beach. The private beach is very clean and beautiful. I love it so much. There are few tourists and high quality. Service: Very good too. The guy is very handsome.

I have already written a review. It is a place I will come again. It is super new, clean and convenient. I enjoy the comfort of the beach and the close distance to the ancient city.

Everything was great from the room to the service. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic. When I booked the room, I noted that I had a birthday and checked in early, the hotel accommodated it, gave me a cake, set up, and even upgraded my family's room for free. There is a kid club and my child really likes the swimming pool here. If I have the chance to return to Hoi An, I will definitely stay here again.

It was a new building, so it was clean overall~ but the room cleanliness was a little lacking. But overall, the facilities and service were very good. The pool breakfast was the best. I would 1000% come back again.

The hotel definitely does not deserve such a high rating. The breakfast is mediocre and monotonous. There is almost no meat at breakfast, only sausages and carbohydrates. The changes in breakfast are minimal. The staff speaks and understands English very poorly. Only 1-2 people could understand and communicate. Calls to the reception with a request to bring cutlery and glasses were always forgotten and no one did anything the first time and quickly. At first, we were checked into a completely unfinished and already defective room. The hotel is a year old, but the rooms look completely unfinished and do not quite match the pictures on the website. The hotel is not finished at all. The entire block is still at the stage of interior decoration. In the room next to us, a man was finishing the room. Is this even normal? How can you open a hotel and carry out RENOVATION WORK in it. This is a residential block that was supposed to be finished by the opening, but a year has passed and they have not finished the rooms in the residential block yet. They save on everything. After cleaning, they take out cards and thereby turn off the air conditioner and charging of devices. The cleaning of the room is mediocre. The linen should be changed every 3 days, but we had to remind and ask to do it. They themselves did not change anything. Everyone needs to be kicked and reminded about everything. The only good thing in this hotel is the sea. The sea here is beautiful, clean, transparent. Otherwise it is very mediocre and does not correspond to the standard of a 5-star hotel and such a famous chain.
