The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, very clean, beds were super comfortable. All areas of the hotel were also extremely clean. There was even pride in the work of the young man who was mopping and cleaning the lobby on Wednesday evening. You could even smell how clean it was! The coffee in the lobby was always hot, not lukewarm in the evenings like we sometimes see at other Hilton hotels during non peak hours. We would absolutely stay here again if our travel takes us back to this area! Thank you to the hardworking professionals at Home2Suites in Dickson City. I’ve recently had a horrible experience at a Hilton in FL and this recent stay at your hotel has renewed my faith in the Hilton brand.

My husband and I were on our honeymoon. And with the hurricane we couldn’t go to our original destination. So we just randomly picked a hotel. We picked it because of the Mountain View and we are so happy we did. The staff were very nice. It was quiet and safe. Everything worked properly. There is a back patio with a fire on it at night. It was very beautiful. Many different places to eat and shop very close by. We didn’t want to leave!!

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Did not use pool or exercise room but they looked clean and adequately equipped. The breakfast was tasty with adequate choices

Excellent
My recent stay at the Home 2 Suites was fantastic! The front desk staff were friendly. My room was nice and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a pleasant two day stay. ☺️ Everything was clean,relatively new and well taken care of. Staff was friendly and always available.
My one comment to the hotel would be to turn up the temperature in he pool and the hot tub.
Consider this 3 star hotel for your next visit to the area.

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall, it was a decent experience. The hotel itself is nice and conveniently located—just a short drive to several dining options, which was a big plus.
The only downside was the timing of some maintenance. When I arrived on a Saturday afternoon, the front of the hotel was being power washed, which forced all guests to enter from the side of the building to check in. I felt that was poor planning, as weekends are typically busy with check-ins. This kind of work would be better scheduled during the week when guest traffic is likely lighter.
Aside from that, I did enjoy my stay and would consider staying here again.
