Bathroom has mould, noise insulation isn’t good enough because the building is very old, window lock handle was broken & cannot be fully closed

A beautiful relaxing setting, tastefully decorated with the indoor gardens and palm trees. The restaurant and bar are open to suit any traveler’s time schedule . The rooms are clean, fresh and very comfortable. Thanks for the great hospitality . Easy to find and secure parking. Mark and Sharon

The hotel looks tired but the amenities are great, very helpful and friendly staffs. The room is very clean modern appliances and easy access. Will be back again. Plus price is very affordable 👍

Took my relatives from overseas to visit Canberra. It was a nice stay. The hotel is in a great location plus parking is free. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Surprisingly the buffet breakfast was nice and value for money. Received the discount voucher from the hotel for my next stay. Will definitely come back when visit Canberra next time :)

Accommodation was showing signs of wear and tear. Rubbish was not emptied. Repairs not effected in the room. Supplied bathroom plug did not fix sink or bathtub. The hair conditioner bottle was empty so not checked. Bed lamp didn’t work. Air conditioner was substandard in our room. On a positive note, the bed was comfortably

Very good hotel for family

Stay was aimed for a one night’s sleep so paid the cheapest rate. Bed was great, not a big room but great for the price.

Very convenient location next to tram station and close to city centre.
