For this money is a very good experience! Location and beach are amazing if you are by the car. Very small and cute hotel front line. Service are also good. A lot of sand in the room. But in whole is good 4 from 5 points. Breakfast is normal, juice and coffee do not like at all.

Very relaxing resort. Because of its location it is a quiet area and not crowded at the beach. I went solely for diving at Nemo dive school and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. There is not much to do outside the resort but it is great to come if you don’t want to be in a busy city like Dubai.

The place is great, we go there regularly,
all the rooms are 1st line, they give a free portable barbecue plus a grill, fish market 18 km away, fresh fish, I took tuna, king shrimp. If you like turtles and swim with them, you are here.
Alcoholic drink right on the territory, huge choice, prices cheaper than in duty free.
Scuba diving, kayaks, jet skis, there is everything.
Children's entertainment, swimming pool.
I recommend.

A hotel for a quiet holiday. We lived in an executive suite, we really liked the room. Yes, maybe the furniture is a little tired, but we don't go on holiday for furniture. The sea is super, in the evening the children are shown cartoons on the street. The food, at least breakfast and dinner are buffet. Not rich, but you won't go hungry. The staff is super!

Excellent get away resort. We stayed three weekends in a row and enjoyed it very much. Great hospitality by Mr Momeen, who was very responsive to all inquiries. Special thanks to Tushan, from Turtle Beach restaurant for helping around and serving at best. The water is clear and you can have lots of fun swimming. Turtles are there! Thank you, the entire team!

We stayed here as a family of 5 for 6 days, I'll start by saying that this was an amazing holiday thanks to the care we felt from every staff member, here are a few things to note: - Staff is amazing, very attentive and polite and they will go above and beyond, specially the lifeguards where we spent most of the day - Room service was great for the most part, a few misses but mostly great - Beach is very nice and beautiful but be careful of rocks - Pool is fantastic - Location is brilliant, very serene and if you need anything (groceries, laundry, food) the town is like a 7 min drive - Parking next to your villa/chalet and have a quick access to the hotel grounds was a plus - Check in and out was quick and smooth The one negative is the rooms are due for a renovation, few broken things here and there but not too bad I wanted to extend my gratitude to Mr. Wajdi from the front desk, great guy who made our stay very pleasant Overall this is a great place to spend some family time and relax, highly recommended

This is the most terrible hotel possible. Old, it's all dirty inside. The walls are streaked and infected with mold. Upon arrival, they asked for a deposit, when we left, we went to check the room and said we would not refund the 500 dirhams deposit because you broke the glass. We didn't do it, it's physically impossible to do it, we asked them to show on camera that we were to blame. they replied when you come to us, you should check everything and let us know if something is wrong. We argued, but they said we would not give 500 dirhams. The food is just a nightmare, flies are crawling over the food, nothing is closed. This is the worst place!

I am writing this review l filled with disappointment and frustration following my family’s recent stay at your hotel. Having traveled to over 50 hotels throughout the UAE, I can confidently say that I have never encountered such a disheartening and devaluing experience as a guest.From the outset, I was appalled by the lack of professionalism displayed by the front office staff, particularly under the supervision of Miss Jean. It is my firm belief that she may require extensive training in hospitality management—or perhaps should consider pursuing a different career path altogether. Our family had booked one villa for two nights and three additional villas for one night. Despite our numerous, polite requests for a late checkout, we were met with flat refusals. What’s worse, during our stay, one of our children suffered an injury during an excursion, leading us to urgently call for an ambulance ourselves since the front office failed to provide any assistance. Instead of empathy and support, we received an astonishingly insensitive call from the front office demanding that we vacate our room while we were dealing with this crisis. This behavior was not just unprofessional; it was downright inhumane. Ultimately, we felt we had no choice but to leave your property due to the appalling lack of help and sincerity from the front office staff. Their response to our dire situation was shocking—merely “okay, sure, no problem” without any solutions, apologies, or signs of concern. It felt as though they couldn't care less whether we stayed or left, which is utterly unacceptable. This is not the standard of hospitality that should be expected at any hotel in UAE, let alone one with your reputation. I am exceedingly disappointed and hope that you will take immediate action to ensure that no other family endures such an egregious experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This was our 10th year at Royal Beach. Greeted as always on arrival by the front office manager, Mr Wajdi and his team of young lady receptionists. Helped to unpack into our chalet which is a little dated but kept spotless by Mr Eyad’s house keeping team, particularly Dennis. The grounds are beautifully kept, as is the beach under the watchful eye of Mr Mustapha; swimming with many fish and turtles is a super experience. Mr Momen and his cheerful catering team provides a good breakfast and, for those that want it, super meals at the Turtle Bay Restaurant, while the accounts office of Mr Sajeev make sure the bill is correct and good value for money. In all a super holiday and it’s clear from the way the staff (too many to name here but we’ll write personally to the hotel so all get the credit they deserve) all work hard to look after their guests and that this is a management ethos which comes from the top – thank you to the whole team. We look forward to our return later this year.

Perfect place to relax from all noises & traffics! Value for money! The restaurant and bar at the beach side is amazing, especially late in the evening! Safe swimming..... Only the check out was a little bit harassing! A bit kindness from the staff in the checking out process will be much appreciated!
