床上有碎紙屑，我喊人上來換還不樂意，還兇我，態度極其惡劣，要不是臨時不想換酒店了，真不想住，反正掰扯了好久才給我換，而且裏面沒有凳子，還是找他們要才給我，兩張床都有碎紙屑，我説都換一下，還罵我事多，囉嗦，説你睡一張床不就行了，我説你管我睡哪一張，我今天睡一個，明天睡另外一個不行嗎，還説我不理解他們，故意刁難他們，我是真氣笑了，我也不想扯，最後換完之後還兇我説，現在不是給你換完了，這下可以了吧，什麼態度，真的是，熱水器熱水也是小的沒邊，總之住過最差的酒店就是這裏了，第一次見這樣的，

出差註冊酒店，晚上下班後十一點左右到店裡，登記好去房間發現床上有多根頭髮，聯繫值班的前台一對老年人，看着床上的頭髮告訴我床單都是換過的，然後換了一個房間，一開門床上又有頭髮，我講要不你把我定的房間床單被罩全部換了吧，老年人告訴我他們是打工的，他們歲數大了，也不容易，最後衹給換了床單，被罩枕套都不給換，衞生間包括床邊全是長頭髮。
