Stayed in room 259 on 9-16-25. The cable television was not operable upon check in and was not operable when I checked out. Contacted hotel rep, who looked into it and said that it was an ongoing problem, and he would correct it. He was a friendly, hardworking gentleman, but was the only hotel employee on duty. He was also working on this issue in other rooms and had to go to a hardware store for supplies. The room had no shower curtain. At the small breakfast there was a juice machine, however all juice selections dispensed only water. Could not located a representative to tell of this problem.

Sabeena was an excellent host. Very outgoing, with a wonderful smile. Will always remember and compare with the multitude of hotels I stay at on my annual motorcycle trips.

No sound proofing. When the people in the next room walked, our bed shook. The night staff was very polite and helpful.

The owner/front desk was rude. The entire hotel smelled strongly of cologne. The carpet is disgusting

Iit was quite drab very old could hear floor creaking upstairs when people were walking. Air conditioner very loud. But the only staff I seen was one guy and he was super friendly and helpful with our luggage.

I was in a financial situation and the kind lady that checked us in covered the $50 damage deposit. Rooms were nice,were beds comfy. Nice continental breakfast. Would stay again. Odd smell in the hotel but not in the rooms. So wasn't a problem. 😊

Website states check in was at 1pm. Got there at 2:40pm. Was told to leave the office until the front desk clerk comes in. Found out pool was closed until further notice. There was leftover canned food in our fridge that was starting to mold. Forgot our cell phone in the room. Called the front desk but they stated they never found a cell phone in our room (probably the cleaner took it). Was told to call back in 1 hour after they clean the room. Called and still no phone. Will not come back.
