Website states check in was at 1pm. Got there at 2:40pm. Was told to leave the office until the front desk clerk comes in. Found out pool was closed until further notice. There was leftover canned food in our fridge that was starting to mold. Forgot our cell phone in the room. Called the front desk but they stated they never found a cell phone in our room (probably the cleaner took it). Was told to call back in 1 hour after they clean the room. Called and still no phone. Will not come back.

I was in a financial situation and the kind lady that checked us in covered the $50 damage deposit. Rooms were nice,were beds comfy. Nice continental breakfast. Would stay again. Odd smell in the hotel but not in the rooms. So wasn't a problem. 😊

Filthy. Disgusting. I would N-E-V-E-R stay there again. Regret my booking 100%.

The heating unit had a very noisy fan. The pool and hot tube were out of order. One soap dispenser was empty.
