This is a functional, pleasant and convenient accommodation venue for business travelers visiting any of the nearby corporate entities in Malvern, PA. This low rise hotel has 2/3 onsite eating venues covering all meals and a bar, a small convenience store, a small fitness room and pool. There is a short walking trail from the carpark through some neighbouring corporate properties. Walking to nearby dining and other venues is not an option due to the absence of sidewalks or pedestrian friendly road crossings. There are no onsite laundry facilities but a collect and deliver laundry / drycleaning service. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Noise from other guests in adjoining rooms or hallways is common but manageable.

I stayed there for the Azalea Society of America conference from May 6 to 10 2025.We were given a discount because of our conference at the hotel. The room and beds were very comfortable and spacious and a delicious breakfast was included.I used the pool and the spa which was very relaxing.There were outdoor areas for relaxing and beautifully well maintained grounds.The only complaint was getting there from the Philadelphia airport twenty-five miles away( $155 US dollars each both ways by a transfer company) The hotel shuttle took me to the nearby Jenkins Arboreteum 15 minutes away .At the conference a buffet dinner and a served banquet was good,a buffet breakfast was a disappointment and I prefered the breakfast in the main dining room although the service was slow. Its great hotel for guests with their own transportation.Longwood Gardens and Wnterthur was about 45 minutes away.Anoter complaint I had that there was only a cash only bar for the conference buffet and banquet and no bottles of wine for sale.

Here for work Saturday evening was looking forward to a nice breakfast before having to return to work again on Sunday. Double check time at front desk since it's mother's day (yes I'm a mom, working on mother's day) only to arrive at restaurant area to initially turned away, then offered a 'pick-up to go option that I could eat in a side bar area sequestered from their extra $$$ mother's day brunch taking place in the regular breakfast area. Very sh**y way to start my 'working on the road' mother's day!!! Front desk, who had provided the incorrect info, via my check in text exchange, for hotel guest breakfast, was zero help and just kept looking away and typing at her computer.... Needless to say I just checked out and am now on my way to a diner somewhere between here and my next work assignment that I have to be at at noon! Hope you all have a much better mother's day than me ... This hotel screwed a paying guest in favor of their non grurst $$$ brunch event, beware if you stay here at any holiday!!!!

I booked it because there are 2 pool. However , the pool were closed for winter season. The ordering page did not mention anything about that. Kids were so sad because the pool was the only reason we went there.

Old facilty, dated carpets and small roooms. Had ants in bathroom, musty smelling in some parts. Would not stay here again, ecxtrey overpriced. Would have better off staying at our normal very clean Hampton Inn with free breakfast for half the price. Disappointed overall
