"Great location for a quick over night stay near the airport. Clean and kind staff. We enjoyed it."

"We stayed at this property for two nights in June. The building is visually appealing and clean, but that’s where the positives stop. The indoor humidity was relentless, and our room had no functioning phone. Despite reporting it, no action was taken. With no other rooms available, we were left in discomfort for our entire stay. Management (specifically General Manager Mike Patel) offered a minimal discount after lengthy discussion. Post-stay, we were charged for a “stained pillow” and sent photo “evidence” that didn’t match the room we were in. This left us questioning not just the quality of service, but the integrity of the billing process. I encourage other travelers to review their charges carefully and ask questions. Clean doesn’t mean comfortable. This stay left a bad taste, and I would not recommend this property until there’s a leadership or policy change."

"The property was clean and nice looking. The staff were courteous and professional. They offered complementary popcorn which was a pleasant surprise. The complementary breakfast spread was extensive for its nature and I really enjoyed my stay. It’s location was really not that far from Downtown Dallas and had conveniences nearby like a grocery store and super quick access to the highway but yet was quiet and very restful with the A/C allowing me to cool the room enough to sleep comfortably in the Texas heat. Ordinarily I believe this hotel would be a tremendous value but because I was there over a holiday weekend with The World Cup in progress as well, the price was significantly higher than what the average price for this hotel would be based on what I could determine which is the only annoyance."
