For the first time in my life, it took me an hour to find someone to help me check in, and it took me another half an hour to find the room I booked. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

What a hidden gem! I was pleasantly surprised. I never celebrate my birthday I decided too this year. From upgrading my room no charge and leaving champagne with a birthday card to the very welcoming staff… I had a very n Memorable experience. The resort was very we kept and beautiful. My bed was comfortable the pools were relaxing and the chakra sauna was amazing! 10/20.

It is a small paradise/ very quiet adult only retreat feeling beautiful resort. The spring water was amazing. I stayed in room 1 with private tub in the enclosed patio to enjoy the soaking by myself in the hot mineral water pumped in practically right underneath the ground. They have the three different temperature pool and hot tubs, two kinds of saunas and spa services available also which I totally enjoyed. Breakfast is served in a meeting room with delicious fruit platter. Everything seems well thought out. I enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere, peace and relaxation very much.

Peaceful and most pleasant. With there being other spas in the area to choose from (some larger , some with a few additional amenities), I certainly made the right choice . (My outdoor mineral soaking tub -10/10) I look forward to returning sooner than later .
