The hot spring is ok 😌 I went to the hotel twice and the hotel was good, but it is difficult to refund the Ctrip booking deposit. Ctrip service is very bad now. I used to use Ctrip all the time and now it is very bad every time I use it. It would be best if you can book on *********** or other online sites. Next time I plan to use other networks to book tickets and rooms, mainly because Ctrip is too bad and too expensive.

I have a special needs daughter who benefits greatly from water therapy. We needed a getaway and Miracle Springs was my first thought. Been going on and off since the late 90s. Got married there in 2000. It seems to be improving every time I go. Front desk wasnt into small talk, which I understand, they are busy. Easy check in. Room was ready upon arrival. The fireworks show surrounding the hotel was not expected but it was fun to see. A big thank you to Travis and Eron for protecting not just the hotel from the embers falling everywhere from the fireworks, but protecting all the guests as well. Thankful for room service even if ordering 2 bowls of ice cream before bed. A big thank you to Adam for being so prompt and kind when delivery our breakfast the morning of check out. Unfortunately my daughter was not in the mood to enjoy the pools but it was a nice relaxing stay that we will do again. I can guarantee it. NEXT time ..its all about spa services. They have it all! When you visit, remember it is an older hotel. Sometimes people tend to forget going to places like this is supposed to be all about having fun and just let stress go. Not to nitpick at how the carpet looks or how the shower didnt heat to your perfection. Nothing is ever 100% perfect. If you go anywhere thinking perfection is what you need and what youre going to get, then buy a plane ticket to Hawaii. I prefer hotels that are old and lived in. Its more fun and more relaxing.
