Booked for two beds, got one bed... Terrible experience, I booked this place almost a year in advance for two beds in a room but I was told a day before my check in that they don't have such room and their standard room is one bed only and that room is slightly bigger than any prison cell. When I asked support from hotels. Com they said they convinced the hotel to give me full refund after cancelation but did not solve my problem as I couldn't book another place at the last minute as every hotel was either booked or overpriced. And hotel owner called me and said they don't have such room as booked and he can cancel it and didn't help me at all. Eventually I had to stay but room was so small and from 5 am there was a lot of noise coming from some ppl up until 8 am disregarding the guests comfort and peace. Overall very miserable experience, the only good part was the receptionist guy, he was so kind, friendly and helpful.
