房間很多 服務人員態度不錯 浴巾還不錯 枕頭床單很新 枕頭舒服
但是 床太硬了 這個床墊是怎麼回事
太硬了 這根本睡不好
公寓樓也很繞 有點遠 沒有車 並且 行李多 就不方便

晚上六點半才給入住，中午十二點就要我們退房，洗衣機是壞的，房間礦泉水都沒有，服務態度差就算了，吃的更是一言難盡。花了兩千多塊錢體驗這樣的酒店真是把人當怨種😅

雙人下午茶:種類挺豐富的，但是是一些成品餅乾什麼的
設施：挺齊全

這是我今年住過的最滿意 最舒心的酒店 入住前一天管家就和我聯繫了 把我的需求安排的妥妥的 我們是夜裡到酒店的 前台安排入住很快 還幫我們送行李去房間 一進房間就發現我需要的東西都安排好了 還有手寫的歡迎入住的卡片和水果 房間很大很乾凈 因為我們有孩子 大床是橫着睡得 第二天打掃後就是按我們的睡法鋪的床 非常貼心 酒店的洗漱用品質量非常好 非常好 非常好 重要的事情説三遍哈 孩子的洗漱也很棒 拖鞋質量很好 酒店環境很安逸 還有一個什麼都有的超市 開車去武康鎮也就10分鐘 6月我們還來 謝謝管家小穎 服務熱情周到 每天都問我們去哪裡玩 還需要什麼 非常滿意的旅行

衞生 都不能打掃乾淨，牆皮都是臟 浴缸也都是臟。到晚上更是沒有服務人員！全靠自助！連停車場欄桿還是需要客人下車自己手動抬起！我的天啊！差評差評差評！

根本就不是五星級酒店，，比一般般的民宿了差不多，，我真的是要想投訴了，洗澡水小得可憐，且很小的。大堂基本上沒有人了。早點只有十元錢的標準。有點上當受騙了。不知道攜程網現在是搞的什麼花樣。一點點都不負責的掛了五星級酒店。
