酒店很美，床品特別舒服，淡季人不多，安靜悠閑。可能是剛開業不久的緣故，餐廳各方面設施沒有很完善，工作人員服務意識還要加強。總體瑕不掩瑜，還會再去！

上次來還是在半年前，體驗感很好所以這次又和朋友一起來了！因為已經來過一次，所以更有發言權了哈哈哈，一踏進酒店就感覺很愜意了，酒店在漫山遍野的竹林茶園之間，加上最近天氣變暖春意盎然。這次來感覺各方面都更有質感了，酒店內部環境設計感十足，高級兼具美感，隨手一拍就很出片有木有！對了，這次朋友説客房的床躺着非常舒服，問了一下管家説是一個奢侈品牌的天然乳膠床墊。再有就是這次來感覺服務更周到了，工作人員都很熱情又不失禮貌。第二天睡了個自然醒起來吃早餐，早餐的食材也都很新鮮，品類比上次更精緻一些了。吃完早餐，散散步，還能去設計感很棒的書屋看會書，每次來到這裏都覺得全身心很放鬆，還會再來。

非常糾結的一次評價，不知道酒店業主能否看到，外部環境、內部設計、酒店文化都符合房價，尤其是審美相當高級，原法國山居和莫幹山當地文化結合的很好。衝著這些還會再來，但有幾點問題真的建議改善：
1、員工培訓，建議佩戴胸牌，深灰色風衣加自己的衣服鞋子根本看不出來誰是員工，碰到好幾次員工在玩手機看到我們的時候突然一驚，住宿全程衹有前台一個戴眼鏡的女孩特別在工作的狀態，大大好評，但是沒有工牌也不知道她叫什麼名字…後來刷小紅書的時候看到其他客人還有伴手禮，攜程的訂單裏也有體現，但是我們並沒有收到，説明入住退房流程還是有漏洞。
2、早餐模式，其實早餐非常好，沙拉異常新鮮，麪和餛飩都是原湯。但是在早餐品種相對少且餐廳原本沒有設定自助餐枱的情況下，點單制其實會更簡單。自助餐枱的廚師都是周圍村鎮的阿姨，熱情的同時往往掌握不好對客的尺度。
3、對商拍需要有一些限制，同行的一組商拍客户從入住開始一直在拍，本來就小的主樓公區椅子上、角落裡都是他們的衣服，第二天早上吃完早飯想去餐廳旁的酒廊坐會兒，直接佔用了整個酒廊，衹能無奈走開，非常非常影響體驗。
4、增加酒店內部體驗，作為來度假的客人，其實在這樣的酒店環境內並不想離開酒店度假，但是酒店內部可以休閑的地方實在有限，之前的酒廊改成了一個純休息打卡拍照的地方，其實誰能拒絕在山裡的晚上小酌一杯呢？看到酒店有spa但是工作人員全程沒有對我們有任何推薦和介紹，根本不是知道spa在哪裡…
酒店是否能留住客人往往就在細節處，希望下次來會有所改善。
