半夜到的目的地，前台姓楊的小姐姐熱情的接待了我們，退房的時候小朋友的眼鏡丟了，值班的工作人員不厭其煩的幫我又開了一張卡，退房的時候還貼心的贈送了手工餅乾🍪總體服務和體驗還是非常滿意的。

半星都嫌多。千元一晚的酒店，和其他平台差價巨大！！可能我們是冤大頭花一千元定這個酒店！！ 非常非常一般 沒有任何服務可言，甚至比不上漢庭這類中低端商務酒店。
一、預訂週六的價格將近一千元，在某音看還包含一頓正餐的情況下600多元。 我們是什麼冤大頭嗎？？
二、和“度假”二字沒有任何關係，除了在房間待着，沒有任何活動或者娛樂設施！！
三、最最最基本的服務意識也沒有，想問下酒店是不是從來沒做過培訓？？
舉例 ：1、車停好，自己推行李找前台，無人接待，衹有一人辦理入住，等待時間長
2、辦理入住的時候，也不主動提醒添加管家微信，之後有需求打了前台半天電話才有人接，後面才知道還有管家微信這一回事，excuse me？ 為何辦入住時不主動提醒添加微信呢？？
3、早上去早餐餐廳吃飯，一位女服務人員急匆匆走到我前面 ，然後開門進餐廳，我就在她後面，她前腳進門，我後腳也要進去，沒想到這門就直直的關在我前面，人都傻了。 試問，就算是普通朋友也會想到順手一起帶一下門吧？？ 這已經不是沒有服務細節了，這是沒有腦子！
4、走路上遇到好幾次酒店人員，沒有任何一位會和客人微笑或者打招呼，都是漠視客人
四、設施很一般，窗簾也是尺寸不合適的，離不開地面過高，早上可以被亮光亮醒，吹風機也是老舊很不好用！
五、一件很詭異的事，附近客人的手機投屏還可以投到我房間的電視！！ 我都可以看到人家的微信聊天頁面！！當時抬頭一看覺得超級莫名其妙！ 很驚悚好不好
總結： 我們就是花一千元住這酒店的大冤種！！ 連300元都不值！！別來別來別來！！

這已經是我第二次入住了，這次是和朋友一起來莫干山遊玩，推薦他們來的。
服務：工作人員非常熱情耐心
環境：周圍非常安靜，適合週末度假
設施：有免費的自助咖啡，而且酒店的餐廳也非常棒。

酒店環境不錯，停車什麼也方便，硬件方面2樣不怎麼好，馬桶不是智能的，吹風機有點拉垮，服務態度蠻好，早餐也蠻豐富，味道不錯，晚上點個外賣，外賣已送到前台，前台竟然沒人通知！等半天還打外賣電話以為是外賣的錯，這點挺無語的。

酒店就在五四村，人不多，環境整潔明亮，我們訂的1.35的雙床，很不錯，衞生間狹長形，一頭衞生間，一頭淋浴間，乾濕分離。早上還在健身房裡運動了一下。房間的空調有點猛，最小風了感覺風還是很大，晚上起來開關了好幾次。在酒店用過一次餐，菜的口味做的都很不錯，不踩雷。雖然酒店沒有泳池，但是在車程約15-20分鐘的同一集團下的新開的第五季酒店可以免費游泳。可能是新開的，感覺人手等還是沒有配備的很完善。去莫干山景區什麼的都挺方便的。
