Very nice place in the middle of the mountains, but the service and amenities are a little bit disappointing. The breakfast doesn’t change one single day, everyday the same! The restaurant we tried one time and it was a terrible experience, I don’t recommend anyone to have a meal there. The room was nice with few things missing, specially a small refrigerator.

We had a lovely relaxing experience. The front desk is super helpful, and assisted us with anything we might have needed. We enjoyed the hot spring, the outdoor ammenities and the restaurant. Just wish the coffee machine worked.

Hotel is nice with a small restaurant with nice local food. Pool is great for the kids, with a nice garden and a ball pit to play.

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The room was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the hot tub so much. It was so relaxing. There was plenty of time each day to enjoy it more than once. Also, the food was quite good as well as the coffee, which was more affordable than we thought it would be. The portions for dinner were pretty big so keep that in mind when ordering. The service was very friendly and responsive. Being able to store a couple of small items in the refrigerator in the lobby was super useful for us. The only small thing I would recommend for improvement is to leave a small strainer for guests to use themselves for the hot tub. Although someone came each day to clean it out, over many hours, there can be quite a few small bugs floating in the water. Nothing that prevented us from enjoying the hot water though. We are already thinking of returning again in the future.

We spent a very relaxing weekend as a family. The location and facilities are very family friendly. The children really enjoyed the pool and playground. The food was very extensive and delicious. The coffee was great and the service very courteous!

The hotel is amazing! We stayed there with my friend and none of us found anything to complaint about. The room was big and clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if we had a chance. P.S. Thank you, Penny, for guiding and gelping us whole way through❤️☺️
