The service at reception was terrible, they didn’t want to address us and kept laughing. The building is nothing like advertised. It was advertised as a simple, clean, refurbished hotel. The room worse than the building. The room is even more further from what was advertised. The room smells awful, is dirty, dingy, marks all up the wall, mould on the wall. The bedding unclean. Spiders on ceiling. After checking the room, we had to book elsewhere on Agoda.
