Hotel à fuir. Nous avons payé le double 2 chambres : une fois lors de notre réservation sur booking qui a été débité et une autre fois lors de notre arrivée à l'hôtel à la borne on a du payer la totalité. Nous avons obtenu le remboursement par booking en ouvrant un litige 1 mois après. La responsable de l'hôtel nous a dit qu'elle nous rappelait mais elle ne l'a pas fait à plusieurs reprises. Elle nous a même dit avoir fait un virement pour nous rembourser et elle ne l'a pas fait. Le personnel est incompétent. Et bien sûr nous avons reçu que des mensonges et aucune excuse.

Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit dans cet hôtel. L’endroit est agréable et surtout très calme : on n'entend rien, ce qui permet de vraiment bien se reposer. Le lit est confortable, on a dormi comme des bébés ! La chambre est assez petite, c’est vrai, mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour un court séjour. Mention spéciale à la dame de l’accueil, Winshell, qui a été super gentille et très accueillante. Ça fait toujours plaisir d’être bien reçu ! Je recommande pour une nuit tranquille et reposante.
