Our cute 300 sq.ft. private studio is a connected to the back of our home and is a perfect space for a weekend getaway or an extended stay! We've made perfect use of the space with a queen bed. We also have a 4" thick full-size memory foam floor mattress for additional guest sleeping. It's equipped with a full bathroom, large closet, new washer/dryer combo and a kitchenette for your cooking needs. The space also meets up to the large backyard and patio area for your use as well!
The proximity of our home is very close to the Knox light rail station (6 minute walk) and the Paco Sanchez bike path which leads you directly downtown!About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 3-17.About customRules:Quiet hours are at 10pm-8am Sunday-Thursday and 11pm Friday-Saturday. Please do not run washer/dryer during quiet hours without expressed permission..Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the studio but feel free to do so in the backyard. Please keep all edibles, flower, etc in sealed containers indoors.,Please use provided makeup remover wipes prior to using towels. This studio had everything we needed for our 5 day stay near Denver. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The WiFi was excellent. The check in process was seamless and Philip and Laura were gracious enough to allow us early check.

Great stay overall. The host was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had. The place was quiet, cute, clean, well decorated, and in a great location. As others have said in reviews, it would be nice to have a small dresser or somewhere to put our clothes or even just space to set our luggage on besides the dining chairs or the table. I believe the listing says there is a queen and a full bed, but there is indeed only one bed. I don't believe it is a queen, but I could be wrong. The bed was a little more firm than we are used to, but that is no fault of the owner. Sheets and bedding were clean and very soft, and of good quality. Otherwise, all of the details have been thought of. Dishes and basic small kitchen appliances, coffee maker, washer/dryer unit, soap/shampoo/conditioner, and plenty of plugs and USB ports on/in the night stands. Really easy to get downtown either by car or bike. There was always plenty of street parking, even on the days that one side of the road had to be clear for street sweeping. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay!
We loved our first stay in Denver. This cute little place had everything we needed. Loved the patio area and bonus that it had a washer/dryer. Private entrance and close to the train station. A short walk to Sloan Lake and we rented scooters to explore the city. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy home base
We stayed here as our home base to explore some of the nature around Denver. We enjoyed the magpies with their babies. Love the enviro friendly touches of the space. Thanks for having such a great place to stay!

Everything you need & so cozy!
My friend and I had a great time staying here. We relied on the public transportation and there is a bus stop just a minute walk away and the light rail was only a 5 minute walk. We loved the sights, food, and entertainment!

Amazing Stay
My husband and I stayed for the Broncos game. The space was incredibly clean, comfortable and had several amenities. We were close to everything we needed to be and the hosts were amazing. We look forward to staying here next time we are in Denver!
