Fully stocked new apt, work from home + Free Parking!

Perfect weekend My husband and and I flew in to Denver to visit our daughter. Everything was great! Check in was easy. The (basement) apartment was so cozy and clean. They thought of everything. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything has been updated. It was a very quiet stay. It is in a very walkable neighborhood. I hope to get to stay again while visiting my daughter next time,

Perfect, immaculate and completely stocked. We are in our 80’s and went to visit our pregnant granddaughter and husband who lived within blocks of this apartment. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed being there. We have booked with Homeaway now VRBO, for many years and many trips both in the USA and Europe and this was by far the cleanest and well stocked apartment yet. Sydney was a pleasure to work with. Comfortable Nice space except it is a basement apartment without a lot of natural light. Well stocked and easy to communicate with the host.

Super cute, perfect for our short trip Super cute and clean. Area was nice, capitol area with close by coffee, sandwich shops, cocktails and bars. Short uber trips or transit to downtown as needed. The place had everything you needed - full kitchen. Just a funky smell in the bathroom, so our short trip was perfect.

Fantastic weekend! Had a great weekend in Denver. You really cannot beat the location of this property, especially if you are going to see a concert at The Ogden or The Fillmore. Everything was as shown in the listing. Lots of appliance options for cooking and the living room was a nice space to hang out. The bedroom had everything we could need and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the owners even provided an extra toothbrush and toothpaste in case we forgot ours. All in all, a really nice place; we would definitely recommend this and the owners! Thank you for hosting us!

Wonderful stay in Capitol Hill We had a fantastic stay at Sydney’s place! It was in the perfect location for visiting family in Central Denver. We really appreciated the dedicated parking spot! We found the apartment to be well-stocked, clean and comfortable. We would stay there again!
