"Consistency of Aloft hotel has always put me at ease. Service, room, cleanliness and bed is comfortable. Parking is complimentary - just needed to inform the front desk. EV charging is available on-site as well (additional payment required, i believe). It has a working table that enable me to work on the road so I stayed longer."

"The hotel was large and new, and the breakfast was great, but the faucet in my room was broken, and there was no non-slip mat in the bathtub, so I slipped and fell. I reported this to their manager and the front desk, and they came to repair the faucet promptly and provided a non-slip mat. However, they didn't offer me much further comfort. Fortunately, I'm feeling better now, and I probably didn't break any bones, but I'm still in pain. So, their service was just average."
