Soundings Seaside resort is a wonderful place to stay in mid-Cape. We have come here offseason several years now. The receptionists are always friendly, gracious, willing to help. We stayed in a 2 bedroom in Nantucket building, 2nd floor. Wonderful ocean views. Condo was equipped with what we needed. The grounds are always well maintained with nightly fire pit. There is an indoor pool and hot tub but we did not use this time around. New addition to the resort is a specialty coffee maker available each morning in lobby. It's a nice treat to have a latte or cappuccino or other specialty coffee. Off-season you do need to check what is open year round but as we are 'regular' off-season visitors we do not have an issue finding restaurants or places to visit. Will definitely be back in 2026!

Nice place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were cute and had a fireplace. We enjoyed our visit and might stay here again. That being said I did not like this place enough to justify buying any points from Bluegreen. It’s not worth the thousands of dollars you will spend every year in dues and maintenance fees. It is a nice place and I recommend staying there I just do not recommend buying into Bluegreen in order to do so

Bluegreen owners who have stayed here several times, one of our favorite places. Positives: this property is right on the beach. Easy to drive to, and super friendly staff. Rooms adequate with updated appliances. Negatives: this visit the wifi was bad. I was told "they are getting new receivers". The sliding glass and screen door to our porch (with a gorgeous ocean view) we're not in good working order and were difficult, sometimes impossible to open/close. Lastly, several housekeeping items: the coffee pot had not been cleaned, and it looked to me like the bathtub had not been thoroughly cleaned. The bath toiletry dispensers attached to the wall had not been filled. We were disappointed this time, hope our maintenance fees will be applied to these items.

Loved having a view of the ocean from our room. Very convenient to go back and forth from room to beach and pool. Beautiful beach and facility!

The best places I have ever stayed in cape cod and I have gone many many times and have stayed at many locations. The staff were so friendly, helpful at all times. It was super clean, anytime we needed any help with anything they were always so helpful!! I would rate them 11 out of 10 they were amazing!!

The location right on the beach is amazing. The rooms are great too. The pools and hot tub were clean but the tile does need repair.

Great spot!
Great spot!! Room was very clean and great size, we had a two bedroom suite. All the pools were heated and they had chairs available for you on the beach.
