The resort was clean and well run. There is no dining area in the resort but plenty of great restaurants in the area. The beach is private and clean. The room had an ocean view.

When we arrived at our room, immediately you can smell a musty odor. I asked the clerk on duty at the front desk if all the rooms had this odor and she apologized and told me that some do and that it is expected seeing that we are by the ocean. I told her that there should be no musty smell even if you were by the ocean. She informed me that the hotel was all booked up and no other rooms available. She said that she could see about having maintenance put a dehumidifier in the room. I said either that or an air purifier. My wife and I left to have dinner and when we arrived back later that night, there was a standup air conditioning unit in the room with no exhaust hose. I figured we were just there to sleep and dealt with the odor for the 3 nights there. The rug felt grungy and was probably why the room had a musty smell, either that or the air conditioner unit needs a cleaning. The place is outdated and does need a face lift. Pool and Beach area nothing that Great either. We were actually disappointed in the place and the only reason we booked there was because of the many positive reviews.

This motel was very outdated and the room smells like mold. The staff was accommodating when we complained and provided another room. The second room was slightly better but again had a musty smell, sold carpet and furniture. The location was very central.

Rarely write reviews, but this place stands out. Pleasant staff and nice beach, but the motel has seen better days. I got the impression the management doesn't care and they're is just milking cash until they sell it. Everything seems to be broken. I wouldn't venture into the pool due to odd water color; the (1980's vintage) alarm clock was set to go off twice in the middle of the night. Just back to sleep and the storm door blew open and banged against railing. Hard pass on this place - You can get much better value Three Seasons or Ocean House

We loved this hotel on the ocean and will come back again. The room, view, pool and ocean were wonderful. We especially thank the staff in the office and Miriam and Jennifer who cleaned our room for excellent service. There is something here for the entire family.

Mark, Saphire and team hosted the most beautiful wedding celebration for our son and now daughter! The venue was awesome and staff amazing. Our accommodations in the Admiral House were great. So many memories made. We can’t wait to come back!

We have been coming to the Corsair/Cross Rip for probably 20 years, we love this place. Two outdoors pools with jacuzzis, ON THE OCEAN, a great beach and an indoor pool if you need one. Right after Labor Day is still an ideal time for Cape Cod. Can't wait to return in 2025! Staff has always been very friendly. The views from the rooms are wonderful.

Our family has stayed at this hotel since 2011. We have always found the property to be clean, and we have enjoyed their many wonderful amenities and the best staff around. This year we were fortunate to stay in the Captain’s House. The house is modern with an open floor plan and plenty of space for the 7 os us. We especially liked the large deck, yard and hot tub. I highly recommend this staying in this house if possible.
