Love the location, friendly staffs even airport shuttle service. But can improve on cleanliness and also room bathroom

Very near to Kuala Lumpur International Airport T1 and T2. Easy access and surrounded with all restaurant.

This hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants, including Arab and Indian eateries serving delicious food. While it's not the cleanest and a bit old, its proximity to these dining options makes it a convenient choice despite being a bit pricey.

Decent place with helpful staff. I requested for a cbange of room due to the noisy water pump located on the 2nd at the rear portion of the building. Staff came and validated my claim and assisted to change my room. Good location with many nearby eateries.

Dari segi location ok,just kemudahan especially iron u need to bawa pakaian and iron dekat luar bcoz iron tak portable. Another problem also tombol pintu rosak,kad tak function and they cannot give u the key.So everytime i keluar i need to call them and bukakan pintu even i keluar iron baju i need to wait for them dtg and bukakan pintu bilik. I think this problem should not happen againla to other customer.

This place was disgusting, it bed bugs with blood on the bed sheets.

Promptly, fast and very friendly. Can early check knowing us have an early morning flight this morning from my hometown. Infront the hotel have pasar malam very convenient cari makan .

Nice hotel location, clean, best place for transit.....

Overall was good…great locations, value for money. Nearby with shops, night market, and of course nearby to the airport. I took Maxim from hotel to the airport KLIA2 only Rm15.

2nd time staying here.. good n nice place to stay... easy to get food and especially doing laundry..

good for transit trip but the noise around the hotel is quite loud since the wall of the hotel is not really soundproof. The service we got is good and the receptionist is very friendly.

Near to airport, about 20 minutes. Floor of room sticky and bathroom floor very slippery. Suspect detergent not properly mop of with 2nd rinse.

Very good hotel. Clean and comfortable. Near to KLIA. Is good for transit. The staff is nice & friendly.
