It doesn't seem feasible to reach the hotel by public transport, so having a car is necessary. Accessing the hotel entrance on foot involves climbing a flight of stairs from ground level. Once inside, guests must take the lift to reach the reception on level 6 for check-in. Luggage loading can be managed in carpark B1, and this requires the hotel to open the gate for vehicle access. In terms of service, the hotel staff were attentive and provided good service. They efficiently dried my son's and my sports shoes overnight, saving us from having to travel in wet footwear the next day. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was delivered to our room. We were able to enjoy it on our small balcony, which was a delightful touch. The breakfast was both healthy and delicious.

The hotel is very clean and elegant, our room was spacious, well decorated and equipped. The bed was very big and comfortable. Healthy breakfast served in the room at preferred time. We checked in at night and the night clerk was very nice. But the sewer in the room smells bad and there are small bugs. There was hair on the sheets! The air conditioning didn't cool either. Hygiene is average. The check-out time listed on Ctrip is 2 o'clock. They started calling at 12 o'clock to ask us to check out at 1 o'clock. When I hadn't checked out by 1 pm, the housekeeping staff knocked on the door and asked to come in to clean. I really don't understand this wave of operations. The day shift waiters had a bad attitude.

The room was clean and tidy, and the details were well done! In the evening, they also helped to heat up the food that I packed back; breakfast was delivered to the room, and water and a small gift were given when I left. Stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. I originally booked a king-size bed room with a balcony. The only drawback was that the signal tower in the middle of the balcony blocked part of the view of Songshan Mountain. I always felt uncomfortable. The second room was changed by the store and upgraded to a suite. The space was larger and the bed was bigger.

The location is very close to Songyang Academy, which is within walking distance. There are many restaurants nearby. The room is large, and the 2.4-meter bed is spacious and comfortable for two people. The hotel service is very good. When I first arrived, the clerk took the initiative to send the pear juice made by the store, and also carefully introduced the room facilities. Every time I came back from going out, I was greeted warmly, and I felt at home. The room facilities are unique, such as disposable toilet seat rings and disposable plastic slippers, which make people feel at ease. Breakfast was delivered to the room on time, with pastries, coarse grains, eggs, porridge, soy milk, and hot and cold dishes, which was comfortable to eat. You can order dishes in the room for dinner. The delicious dishes are moderate in size, but the serving time is a bit slow (more than half an hour), so you need to place orders more in advance. The hotel has a very cultural atmosphere. There is a wall of bookshelves in the lobby, with all kinds of books: culture, history, prose, novels, law, psychology, etc. I am particularly interested in books introducing the world cultural heritage of Dengfeng; there are also local intangible cultural heritage specialties on display, black peanuts, millet vinegar, soybean paste, sesame maltose, etc., which can also be purchased; there is also a tea room in the corner, where you can taste tea and chat, and there are also brushes and rice paper for impromptu ink splashing. In short, it is a hotel with characteristics and cultural taste, and you can feel comfortable staying in it. There is a 5G signal tower outside the room where I live, and it is almost within reach of the balcony. I wonder if there is radiation? It makes people nervous. But I saw a pair of magpies on the top of the tower busy building nests every day, worry-free and happy to go back and forth. I envy them for not worrying about radiation and being uneasy, I hope not.

The bedding was extremely damp, maybe because it wasn't changed after each guest. The breakfast was average, one for each person, and the only meat available was a small piece of premade sausage.
