I was shopping in the store in the hotel lobby and my wallet fell down. I found it fifteen minutes later and went to the store to look for it. The clerk kept it and gave it back to me. I am very grateful for this. It made me feel warm and made this trip more memorable and meaningful. The hotel's environmental sanitation service is also excellent. The room was very clean. The service attitude was very good, but there were many people and you had to queue up. The people at the tour desk and airline check-in desk were lazy and you might not be able to find anyone. The breakfast was self-service and the staff recommended it. It was actually a bit flashy and the taste was average. The beach was not clean, probably because it was too close to the port.

OMG what a AMAZING LOCATION, could not fault anything about The Hilton, especially the staff, they are just beautiful happy people who provide exceptional service😊 the food was DELICIOUS & the cocktails AMAZING. We will definitely be recommending The Hilton to all our family & friends & will be booking another trip very soon & on behalf of my Husband & I , we would like to say a BIG BIG VINAKA to all the Management & Staff 😊❤️🙌🏻
