There is a construction machine working in the neighbour land which is also belong to hotel, it is working 24 hours and it makes hard to sleep. When we ask the management to stop it in nights they said that they have to work. They are not selling comfort!

Otele geldiğimiz andan itibaren sorun yaşadık. Oda gec hazirlandi bornozlarimizi 1 saat bekledik. Yemekler lezzetsiz ve yetersizdi. Çatal kaşık istedigimizde kalmadi yanıtı aldik. Havlular yetmiyordu havlusu kaldık havuzda. Cocuk havuzu cok kalabalık ve tehlikeli. 3 yaşındaki oğlumu havuza klor oranı 2.2 diye sokmadilar bayanlar tarafına girebilir küçük kloru az dediler. Oraya gittiğimde ise 4 yas ustu erkek yasak olmasına rağmen çıkartmak istediler. Uyarilar kaba iletisimsiz bir dille yapıldı fazlasiyla gerildik ve 1 gece kalıp çıktık. Kurallarimiz boyle diyip musteri önemsemiyor resmen giderseniz gidin gibi bir üslupla katsilastik. Otel asiri kalabalık ve yetersizdi.

Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

23-27.Aralık.2024 tarihleri arasında 812 nolu odada konakladık.Yemekler tad olarak berbattı ve sürekli aynı yemekler sunuldu.Günlük tüketilmesi gereken et,balık,mantar ve tavuk ürünlerini ertesi gün poğaçalarda salatalarda görürseniz şaşırmayın.Çay saati adı altındaki zamanda bile tek çay oda buz gibiydi!Çay saatinde bile sallamada olsa çeşitli çaylar olmalıydı.Meyveler 3 çeşit(elma,erik ve portakal)fakat onlarda hep ezik ve çürük...Oda hizmeti söylersen tuvaletleri temizliyor ve sürekli ürünleri(şampuan,kulak çöpü,duş jeli vb.)bırakmadan gidiyor.Kaldığımız süre boyunca küvetin kirli suyu odaya kadar geldi,pek çok kez söylememize rağmen tamir için gelen olmadı,banyo ıslak ve pis koku içinde berbat bir 5gün geçirdik.Misafir ilişkileri adı altındaki birime iletilmesine rağmen şikayetlerimiz ilgilenilmedi.Otel müdürüne ulaşmaya çalışma çabalarımız ise müdürün keyfiyetine kaldı.5 gün boyunca otel içinde olmasına rağmen görüşmemek için çeşitli bahaneler üretti.Wi-fi sadece otelin lobi kısmında çekiyor,diğer yerlerde odalarda dahil çekmiyor.Bayanlar havuzundaki görevli çok kaba sürekli otel müşterilerine uyarırken azarlıyor.Otelde hava sirkülasyonu yok ve aşırı sıcak...Diğer misafirlerde bu sıkıntılarını görevlilere iletirken şahit olduk,otel içinde müşteri memnuniyetsizliği bariz belli ve sürekli görevliler ile iletişimsizlik yaşanıyor.Tatil boyunca yaşanan sorunların çözülmesi bir yana dursun bu kadar ödül ve 5 yıldız almış bir işletmeye yakışmadı...ORUÇOĞLU TERMAL OTEL'e gelmek yerine paranızı çöpe atın daha iyi...

Ocak 01.01.2025 otele giriş yaptık arkadaşla kafa dinlemek için iyi bir tesis personeller ilgiliydi özellikle mutfakta kamil bey aşçı başı çok ilgili ve yemekler konusunda menüleri ve lezzet leri güzeldi lezzetliydi özellikle kamil ustanın ve ekibinin ellerine sağlık herşey için çok teşekkür ediyorum tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyorum arkadaşlarima tavsiye ediyorum havuzları guzeldi teşekkürler Oruçoğlu
