Friendly efficient staff, nice large comfortable room. A little plain but was equipped well with separate washroom, and separate shower & bath. Large TV and no skimping on bathroom accoutrements (where we notice other hotels have!)

Good Hotel but service ?
The check-in experience at the hotel was disappointing due to unfriendly staff. Unfortunately, the same applied to the service at the restaurant in the evening.

Good hotel at the harbor front. Functional room with a wiev of the harbor and good bed. Restaurant is good. Please note that the reception is not open 24/7 so if you arrive very late you should contact the hotel so you are met by a closed door when you arrive.

The staff are fantastic. However, the room was small, no coffee or tea in rooms although there is a machine in the hall by the main door - not convenientat all. No water glass, no shampoo or conditioner. Just really basic. There is a fridge but it was turned off on arrival and take several hours to cool. The rooms are clean and the beds and pillows very comfortable.

Uitstekend hotel in Delfzijl
Uitstekend hotel in de haven van Delfzijl, uitstekend diner menu met heerlijke gerechten en een prima ontbijt, zeer uitgebreid.
De kamers zijn wat oubollig, maar voldoen prima.
Gratis koffie en fruit op de gang.
Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Groningse gastvrijheid.

Prima hotel voor als je in de buurt van Delfzijl moet zijn. Vriendelijk personeel, het ontbijt is basic maar wel voldoende. Kamer was schoon en bed lag goed. Wel 2 eenpersoons bedden en geen twee persoons. Parkeren is gratis en je kijkt uit over de haven wat toch iets extras heeft. Moest ik nog keer naar Delfzijl gaan voor 1 of 2 nachtjes zal ik het zeker weer overwegen.

Voor de vierde keer verbleven in de Boegschroef. Wat een vriendelijk personeel zowel aan de frontsdesk als in het restaurant. Ontbijt weer zeer goed. Diner (van de menukaart als van de arrangementkaart) perfect. Te veel voor oudere gasten. Mosterdsoep is echt een aanrader. Mooi uitzicht over de haven tijdens het laden en lossen van de schepen. Vanuit de hotelkamer aan de havenzijde zie je honderden lichtjes! Groot terras aan de voorzijde met uitzicht over de scheepswerf en de havenfaciliteiten. Oogt van de buitenkant misschien niet helemaal als een hotel, maar stap dan maar eens binnen. En.... wij hadden de mooiste kamer, maar ik zeg niet welk nummer!!!!
