還行就是房間的床睡起來不太舒服。周邊設施挺好的，有超市，然後離萬達也蠻近的。可以來住希望衞生多注意下老感覺有蟲子

非常不錯，早餐還有麪線糊，很乾凈。前台服務人員熱情周到，主動幫忙提行李、規劃遊玩路線，讓人倍感温暖，房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適。

服務：停車位太緊張，千萬不要停門口飯店。下雨天前台還叫先停那，結果沒10 來分鐘就被抄牌，100 塊不見了！自認倒黴，德化這地方不能來。

非常差的一次體驗！引導的工作人員及其值班經理的服務態度和意識相當差！
酒店沒有停車場，到了就讓你去黑暗的小巷子裏停車。門口負責指引的保安，邊指引邊玩手機，由於指揮不當，造成我的車子後視鏡刮損直接脱落（新新的車啊！）。。我就説了一句怎麼這樣指引？這位負責指引的保安就很不爽 然後頭也不回地走了。。掉在地上的殼，還是我自己停好後，返回來約十米，撿回去。
我第一時間反饋給酒店，值班經理 練經理，先是躲起來，後來在我強烈要求下，才出來，然後不聽我講完，就很不耐煩的説酒店 沒義務指揮車輛停車（ 那請問酒店為何宣傳有停車場？實際沒有，臨時引導不當出問題，酒店就完全沒有責任嗎？）
直接推卸責任，於是我要求調監控，還原事實，而這位經理又告知 那段路不在酒店範圍看不到監控，問我怎麼證明是他們引導問題？然後反覆説有意見就去報警！真是欺人太甚！
好歹連鎖酒店，管理人員這麼差的服務態度水平，出了問題，作為一名經理，起碼的面對問題，解決的態度和安撫都沒有，全程趾高氣揚的。真讓人失望！！體驗感極差！大家慎重選擇！

整體衞生啥的還湊合，隔音不太行，晚上樓上情侶的聲音都能聽見，服務方面還行，早餐的話種類有點少，也住過不少酒店了，説實話不太滿意

很臟，換了三個房間都是很臟，床單有污漬，廁所有頭髮，牆壁發黴，沙發也發黴。浴巾上有小黑點，空調異響，真的很差。品牌連鎖的以為會比縣城的其他酒店好，沒想到體驗這麼差。
