terrible unhygienic and non welcoming attitude of the staff. they were not even listening to the requests. they misbehaved on next morning calling at 11 am and asking to vacate room within 2 minutes since they have to rent it out back. while calling, the staff member authoritative and abusive to ask to move out from room immediately. also, no drinking water provided for 24 hours. It's a horri le place . no proper curtains on windows, the people from outside on the ground floor could peep inside the room. the lock was not working so need to put chair and table to block the door at night. Not a safe place alone or even for couples. should be avoided at any cose

Good services, good food and good clealiness. However the proprty needs some repairs and modifications, like the door lock was bit tricky and there was no visible ventilation in washroom.

I travel to Doon every week for business reasons, this time I booked this hotel & it comes as a worst decision of my life. Staff is rude AF and basic things like “lift” not working. They offer breakfast where they serve “Aloo sabzi and puri” where puri is full of oil and in the name of bread toast they serve cold toasted bread with local butter and for Jam you have to ask them 3-4 times. I ask for omelette and they give me a look like I ask for there property papers. Very bad experience and condition of room is pretty bad as they use dirty linens. In washroom exhaust was not working. I would love to rate them negative but unfortunately I don’t have this option.

terrible experience due to attitude and behavior of employees/ manager. Non welcoming attitude. Property was under renovation. Very unsafe for female solo travelers. The big windows curtains are not proper and have a gap in between, where staff was peeping inside room from outside, since the room was on ground floor. No internet facility. No hot water facility which was basic requirement in nova month at dehradun. Electric kettle wasn't working. Asked to vacate the room within five minutes despite they agreed for checkout at 12 previous day. It happened because they got some day booking on checkout day and started shouting to vacate room immediately. The staff even switched off the lights and water supply as they were forcing me to leave.

I was shown 2 beds in the pic but the extra bed g8ven was on floor. No one liked that. If i would not have checked in at midnight i would have done complaint that timw only.

It’s an old property. Front desk is hopeless. Intercom not working bathroom amenities bad a person who takes luggage to your room & he helps more then others. Mm t can you pols refund to your prestige customer.

It's really nice property. Staff was very good. And the room is very good with nice interior. The quality of food was very nice and taste of the food is also very good location was very good. The staff behaviour was very good. I had buffet in pinxx restaurant
