We have very worst experience by only booked a event of 4 members for 14 Mar. But due to emergency (Father Death), we will not able to attend the event and informed earlier by the check in date. But this Mr.Govind Sharma firstly asked the proof of above reason. And after provide all the Documents, then he said initial amount non refundable in any condition/matter. He doesn't understand that the booking was not cancelled intentionally but the above reason is done by God. This matter is not for a small amount of Rs. 2000 but it's for customer problem response or customer satisfaction. It was good that we did not go to this resort, otherwise I don't know what kind of experience we would have!!!!
