Effotel by Sayaji Dehradun

Nice staff especially Abhilasha and full points on hygiene. Even nice kids activity as well. Food was really yum and even they had kids friendly option as well. Moong daal halwa was amazing so hats off to the chef. Their breakfast and dinner buffet both were equally upto to mark.

A very well appointed hotel with good service. I had booked six rooms for one night for my family in May 23.The hotel has well furnished nice spacious rooms, well maintained and very responsive and courteous staff. The breakfast has a fabulous spread to cater to all tastes. The restaurant is good and food preparation nice. We were entirely happy with our stay.

Had a wonderful time at Effotel. Booked around 25 rooms for three days for daughter's wedding and everyone enjoyed their stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food was delicious as well. Management is nice and really helpful. Highly recommend it to others.

The stay at effotel by sayaji was average, at best. I've earlier stayed at sayaji pune and my expectations were same from this stay too. However, it was a major let down. When we reached the room, the floor wasn't clean, the soap dispenser wasn't filled, used tube of toiletry was placed. Basic room amenities like bathroom sleepers, shoe shiner and iron (no board to iron) were on call. While checking the soap dispenser, the person from house keeping entered the bath tub with his shoes and didn't bother to clean the tub after the job. I was expecting better treatment in premium deluxe room. At breakfast, hot water wasn't available for black coffee and it took almost 10 mins to get it when asked. The staff at breakfast was busy on mobile. The trainees were dressed shabbily with spoiled uniforms and it seemed that they were placed at their task without any prior training or orientation. The permanent staff wasn't available to guide trainees anywhere, be it front desk, house keeping or at breakfast. The air conditioner aimed directly to head and even the remote wasn't able to help us. Overall a big let down from a established name.

The hotel was not upto the mark of five star. The basic amenities were not kept in the room like dental kit, slippers, bathing gown. The soap dispenser was leaking. The food was good.
