Room was clean room service was horrible no towels were provided at all, tea bags are insufficient. Tv was not functional at all and after informing many times it was answered

The hotel was good and at main road. The staff was polite and food is also good. However, there is an issue with wifi connectivity in the hotel. From evening to next morning, wifi connectivity was not there. Also, washrooms can be more clean.

Hot water tap not working, cockroach roaming around, room in filthy condition, took deluxe room but it was worse than a normal room
