Stay was not upto the expectations, no services or facilities were like 5 star property, parking a great problem, valet parking not proper, same person was at gate to receive, same person was the driver to park the car and that same person was also served as a bell boy.
Great 5 star service, the person at reception was wearing Coat - suit but a with a dirty shirt.
No courtsey or Hospitality to welcome the guest, it was like general ypu do check - in with a OYO Category Hotel.
Room service hopeless, water delivery was taking approx 30-40 minutes,
when you talk to manager, his reply sir we are having Marriage group so all staff is busy with that, so services will take time.
its only 5 star by name but not by any if the services or the Lobby, gymnasium, spa, all were hopeless.
Which authority and by what criteria given the 5 star certificate to this property is shocking, needs a re- audit.
before making bookings please ensure you will get the feel of three star property and the services of like only a OYO Category Hotel.
The food Menu was a blunder, as the green sign was printed before Chicken Burger, who had approved the Menu printing, if this is so than the Sarovar hotels group management is a Big Failure.
There overall ratings and credibility needs to be checked.
