Delicious breakfast and hilarious service Mr. Arvind was super cooperative and soft spoken The housekeeping services and the front desk were prompt in assisting us any hour of the day.

The hospitality is very good with very polite and mannered staff. The hotel is very well planned and organised. The food quality is excellent. The chef of the hotel is expert consistently preparing all authentic dishes. Location of hotel is very good in the centre of the city and also convenient to go towards Mussoorie. Overall our experience of having seven day stay was a wonderful experience.

We (my wife, son, and I) stayed here for 7 nights and had a really good experience. Manisha at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. She and Anjitha was always available whenever we needed anything and made sure our stay was comfortable. Our trip plan kept changing because of a basketball tournament — we initially booked for 2 days and kept extending day by day till 7 days. The extension process was super smooth and easy. We had all our meals here — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — for all 7 days, and the food was consistently good. Special thanks to Arvind and Akhil, who served us with great care and politeness. Overall, a wonderful stay with great hospitality. Highly recommended!

The receptionist Manisha Anjitha and Anil were very cooperative and always had a smiling face...all the staff were very welcoming to all the guest..even the restaurant staff were very good ..it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay here

Rooms are really spacious and clean. Staff are really supportive and friendly especially manisha and anjita. The only regret we had is in breakfast where certain items were not available . We had some technical issue with keycard and we had to change the room . Everything else was up to the standard

Very helpful staff especially Sunil ji and Manisha ji at the Reception. Decent rooms for a reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have a comfortable stay for a short duration.
