I had a pleasant stay at Clarks Inn Express, Dehradun. The hotel offers a comfortable and clean ambiance, making it a great choice for travelers. The staff was courteous, and the service was prompt. The rooms were well-maintained, and the overall hospitality was commendable. The only drawback I noticed was with the MMT fixed menu plan( for second meal Dinner). The waiter staff was quite rigid about substitutions—if I didn’t prefer certain items, they weren’t willing to replace them with alternatives. A more flexible approach would enhance the dining experience, as a fixed menu should still allow some level of customization based on guest preferences. I hope the management considers this for future improvements. Overall, a good stay with scope for improvement in the dining experience. Would recommend it for its comfort and service!

checkin was easy and room was spacious clean and neat ,what atrracted me more was washroom because it had all the kits and towels but its side mirror was broken and there was no face tissue paper kept .Housekeeping was good and breafast in morning was lovely and staff was reallu courtious...
