The receptionist at the front desk was outstanding upon checking it, also the bartender was very polite and helpful, our experience was excellent.

stayed there for a work event, the hotel is under construction so some areas were a little messy or closed off.
The event venue was setup great and beautiful - Rafael was incredible with the AV
Rose was wonderful front desk manager
the food on the restaurant could be a bit better.

Jessica T was great. Clean and location is right in the beach! Love the free breakfast. Room was spacious and perfect for a large family. View is great too. Came here for a family weekend for FAU. Close enough to campus to make the trip worth it. Highly recommend

We have been coming to this hotel for around 15 years. It is my happy place. I am glad to see that the renovations are finally coming to an end and that the wonderful ladies who keep the rooms so nice have brought full service back. Every day, they are there to greet us, make the room perfect, and wish us a great day It is the people that really make the place feel like home away from home. Always thrilled to see old faces like Gene at breakfast who always has a smile for us and makes the best omelette exactly how i like it and new faces like Jessica who makes sure that everyone enjoys their stay and is aware of the amenities and benefits of honors membership. Whenever I stay here, I am always thrilled to arrive and sad to leave. But I know I’ll be back.

We stay here yearly and we’re surprised it is still under construction. Staff is amazing especially Jessica T. Would recommend staying here even with construction.

This is a really nice embassy Suites on the beach ! Our house is being renovated so last minute getaway /staycation ! However this property is being renovated also ! But don’t let that detour you, this resort is great ! They made it convenient to put us in a room opposite of the construction. Check in was great we got our room immediately early AM . Check in lady was very accommodating.. I called before we checked in and explained our situation. The check in lady was def 5* great service . I think she upgraded us . Our room was a king room w 2 bathrooms! The room was BIG ! Having 2 bathrooms were very very convenient! Hhour was great ! The pool area is large and the beach was really nice ! Staff was all very friendly! Don’t let the construction detour you they will work around it . We love this place and don’t want to leave LoL ! Nicole
