The receptionist at the front desk was outstanding upon checking it, also the bartender was very polite and helpful, our experience was excellent.

stayed there for a work event, the hotel is under construction so some areas were a little messy or closed off.
The event venue was setup great and beautiful - Rafael was incredible with the AV
Rose was wonderful front desk manager
the food on the restaurant could be a bit better.

Wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Deerfield Beach! Betty and Ana at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Brian in the restaurant was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast manager put out an amazing free breakfast with a great selection. Thanks for the great service all around!

My boyfriend and I came to relax after a long winter in Vermont. We arrived at a very late 3am for check in. We received a piece of paper saying our balcony might be being painted for updating and the privacy could vary between 9am-5pm. That was not at all the case. This hotel is under active construction. The balcony work is happening from within. The room we were placed in was 311. This was in the heart of the current construction. The hotel had no sections closed off for this construction at all. We were forced to hear concrete drilling for our entire stay from 9-5pm. To say this was deafening would be an understatement. We unfortunately both were not well for many days of our trip and needed to rest in our room. This was impossible due to the noise. When we asked kindly to be moved we were told there would be a fee. The noise was so loud we were unable to watch the tv, have a conversation or even shower. After pleading with the hotel about this their answer was to waive the small hotel fees for the days with construction. When you pay thousands of dollars this is insulting. I have stayed and worked in many hotels in my life. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I have never complained about a stay after multiple trips taken. This stay was comparable to sleeping on a subway platform. I cannot express enough not to waste your money. You will never get back what you lose. This was the worst vacation I’ve ever taken and I saved all year for this trip. Unfortunately the horrific videos taken cannot be uploaded. The noise was indescribable.

For the price you pay to stay here, this hotel is an absolute hole. It is so run down, it smells horrible, half the elevators didnt work and they were doing construction outside our window everyday. We had absolutely no privacy!! It is such a damn rip off and the room felt disgusting. You are paying an outrageous amount just to be in a good location basically. This is a 2 star hotel at most.

Our room was perfect. We were on the 7th floor and had a pool/oceanview. We never had a problem finding a chair at the pool but either went by 9:30am or after 2pm. We also enjoyed sitting at the beach. It is $15 per day if you want an umbrella but Mike will adjust it and make sure it doesn’t lift on a breezy day. There is construction but we only heard it a couple of days and it didn’t cause any inconvenience for us. Location is great as the hotel is at the quiet end of the boardwalk.
