酒店衹能説一般吧，現在生意不是很好，以前來住時下面的温泉還開着，現在都沒有開了。不過房間設施衞生都還是蠻整潔。

酒店前台服務員問啥都不知道 早餐時間她也不確定 ，健身房能不能用，也不知道。
温泉水温不燙，健身房後邊找到了，必須去温泉中心才能使用，健身房器械撿漏，平台上看到有健身房，實際上相當於沒有
早餐用完回房間後，房卡打不開門，真的算是重大失誤。
整體入住體檢較差

房間整潔，明亮，衞生間的細節上有點不夠！如衞生紙單卷，個別房間有異味等！但是經過溝通改馬改善了！温泉不錯！環境優美！

不錯，位置好，服務好，就在唐園旁邊。夜景無敵，帶娃也方便。周圍很多好吃的，也有孩子玩的地方，總之以後來西昌就鎖死這家酒店了
