"The hotel is located in the centre of Mondragon, close to everything. The hotel is very pleasant, very warm. The rooms are well equipped, very clean, and the bedroom is excellent. You have a living room to relax, a working space. Also tea and coffee are available free of charge. The mini bar is also next to the reception with water of soda and beer."

"Set up on a hill above the town with superb views from our window seats. Comfortable sofa and good sized desk and workspace. Plenty of power points. Free coffee available all the time: ideal for sitting on the terrace enjoying the view. The disadvantage of the location is that it is a very long and steep climb from the town. In the bathroom there is no extractor fan and rather thin loo paper."

"It leaves much to be desired. An elevator with a chair inside (which had slippers on it), the place smelled bad and let's not talk about the cleanliness. I don't recommend it for anything in the world. We had dinner in the dining room and the chorizos were raw. There are places much easier to get to and better by far."

It introduces the food and places to eat in our town and helps us book. There are parking lots next to the hotel and underground, which is very suitable for us who rent a car and drive by ourselves. I will continue to choose to live here next time."

"An excellent hotel. Attentive client experience. Plenty of options for eating on site (Cafeteria / Restaurant) Plentiful car parking safe & easy. (no cost) Rooms are clean, spacious & ours had an excellent shower! We ate at the hotel in the restaurant. The food was wonderful. Good sized portions with an abundance of taste. (Fish & meat dish) would definitely use the restaurant again. For breakfast we used the cafeteria area, all self service apart from drinks (coffee , tea etc) As a heads up though it was quiet in terms of people staying, the hotel was packed with people using the restaurant, always a good sign! A really enjoyable stay & would recommend as we would definitely stay again."
