Breakfast was excellent and service was good as well. I enjoyed staying here and will stay here when I come to Syracuse next time.

It started with a phone call to request an early checkin...Colleen the front desk supervisor was on it! She not only said she would see what she could do, she called (as promised) to tell us that our room was ready. We were traveling 4 hours to attend an event at LeMoyne College. Our king room was extra spacious with a desk dividing the bed and pull out couch. Kitchen with fridge, microwave and sink was a great touch. Shower pressure made all the difference. Breakfast was good - can't go wrong with a waffle bar with all the fixin's! Will definitely come back - thanks to the front desk team for excellent customer service.

My wife and I have recently shifted our Hotel stays to Hampton Inns, taking advantage of the recent updating of the chain Our stay at the Syracuse/Carrier Circle location last night was an exception. It appears that this location has had some refurbishing, but it seems to be a half-hearted attempt, and did not seem complete. The room (319) was not clean, the wall thermostat did not work, the AC/Heat unit had a significant amount of dust and fuzzies poking through the air output, and again obviously had not been cleaned in months/years?

If you only want to sleep ok otherwise stay away.
The first room we were assigned wasn't cleaned, bed not made, no sheets available cleaning rags stuffed by the door. The second room we were assigned the TV did not work properly

Arrived back at the hotel hoping to grab an ice cold soda from the front desk pantry and the drinks were in a fridge that kept them lukewarm. Followed the signs on our floor to “vending and ice” and the room was empty with only a garbage can. Went down to 2 more floors and there was no vending machine to be found. The hotel is not really close to any convenience stores or shopping centres that would be open at 9pm so we weren’t able to get any refreshments on this hot summer night after a long day of travel. Disappointing amenities.

The hotel was lovely but there were a few things that need to be worked on. While using the pool, I noticed that the area had not been cleaned around in over a day (I saw the same dead bug on the side). I needed to ask for towels for the pool both at reception and through my phone (the phone at the pool did not work to communicate with the front desk). Housekeeping emptied the bins and replaced the towels, but left the empty plastic bottles near the bins in the room (there was no place to recycle and I did not want them in our room anymore).
The nice thing was when my daughter had an pee accident, they were quick to clean it (it was not on a carpet).

Everything was dusty including the shelfs by elevator. Room was dirty and dusty. Fan in bathroom didn't work. The beds were so uncomfortable, seriously the worst we ever had! Tv has like 4 to 6 channels that worked. We got the bigger room so my 3 year old would have room to play and she had black feet from how dirty it was. I was so upset. And you charge for parking? Yes, ,olny 4 dollers but still, So crazy. Never again!
