Very small room, that wasn't clean. We found used tissues and a bag behind a chair trying to find an outlet. I think they're updating but it wasn't mentioned on the website. There was only two towels available for 3 people. Very thin blankets that I would equivilate to 1 sheet. So noisy. Not worth the money.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in some pretty bad hotels. This hotel had men in the hall approaching my friend's 14 year old daughter, the sheets were dirty and stained with something yellow. can't close the bathroom door unless you lift the toilet set up, mold in the bathroom, construction issues (floor doesnt meet the wall) windows were grimy, there was a bad smell in the whole hotel, just generally felt really unsafe. We checked out the same day and moved to another hotel

Perhaps the worst hotel in Syracuse, New York. Do not stay here. Staff is awful. Completely disrespectful and rude. Loud & ignorant are more words we could use to describe the especially the front desk person. Lobby was dirty, trash all over the parking lot, Did not stay there after dealing with the possibly worst customer service person a company could choose to represent their company . Front desk staffwas so rude and unaccommodating, must’ve realized how stupid she looked because she then went and tried to add a review under our name. Ridiculous!

Functional but well worn
Stayed one night in April 2025, bed was comfortable, heat worked and area is pretty quiet. TV did not have remote in room, and replacement from front desk did not work. Staff is very friendly and helpful, but seem short staffed. Paint on walls, elevator car, etc is all dented, scuffed, worn down. There was a sign saying renovations are starting soon.
