When I arrived to the hotel it was very quiet. The front desk lady Elesia was nice & Professional. During check in Elesia explained everything to me about the hotel policies. She is well spoken and dress very nice. I was very tired when I arrived. I am from out of country. I requested to be on the first floor. I slept in room 103 for a nite. The bed was clean and the floor was clean. I slept well. Thank you 'Elesia for a great stay. Days inn has a wonderful lady working at the front desk in Syracuse.

When I pulled into the parking lot, I wasn't sure where the front door was...there was no portico like most hotels have. I drove all the way around the hotel and saw rooms with torn curtains, blinds that were damaged and hanging askew, and one room with a mattress propped up against the wall. The property looked so rundown and dirty I didn't even get out of my car...just kept on going. I would definitely avoid this place. It gave off a very unsafe vibe.

The staff was so friendly and wonderful. It’s getting renovated so obviously that takes a toll on some of the appearance but you can tell when it’s finished. It will be nice.

The bed was comfy but the rest of the place is not nice. Super friendly staff but a very rundown property and it smelled like cigarettes, even on non-smoking floor.

Wi-Fi terrible only way to watch tv
Wi-Fi was terrible and that’s the ONLY way to watch tv, by streaming.
