Old dated dirty hotel. Normally I wait till I've checked out but this is too bad... the Queen bed is actually a Full size bed.. room is a nice size and there is a clean but small kitchen. It has The smallest bathroom in a hotel I've seen in years. Has an old fashion tub, terrible water pressure, smells musty, granted it's raining... the vanity has a drug prep burn spot...see pic below. We will never return. We stay at Marriot properties often. Prefer The Residence Inn. This is the worst one I've stayed at in my life, im 59. Its Like a bad Holiday inn from the 90s

Highly disappointed. Can't honestly review this hotel on what it is like to stay here because they canceled my reservation 4 days before SU parents' weekend as they over sold the hotel (by a lot). I was told by the GM, Jennifer, that my reservation was cancelled and that I was being moved to a hotel 30 minutes away. I inquired as to why my reservation was canceled being that I have status with Marriott and she said that status didn't matter and that reservations were being canceled by the last to reserve. Well, that is a lie because when I looked back, I made this reservation in January of 2025 (it is now Sept 23rd). This affected many families at Residence Inn as well as the Courtyard - all managed by the same franchise owner and apparently, this is not the 1st time this has happened. I will never reserve here or at the Courtyard in Syracuse ever again, nor should you. Just awful.

This location needs major maintenance. I am a lifelong customer of Marriott. This location needs major repairs and maintenance. The odors in the room are unbearable, smells like rotten eggs. The carpets are worn out and smell, to a point that we could not remove our shoes. The shower dripped all night. The location is convenient near major highway.

This place needs work. We stayed for just one night. They have 16 different buildings and you have to walk to the lobby for breakfast. That's fine in June but I wouldn't want to do it in winter. The room smelled old and musty with popcorn ceilings. The bed wasn't well made and sheets barely stayed on at night. The woman taking care of the breakfast buffet wasn't paying attention and most hot food was empty when we arrived. Our shower didn't have any shampoo. What's the point of these big containers if you don't keep them filled?

Large rooms, was upgraded to a two bedroom suite as a platinum member. Due to the large size of the units you have to walk outside or drive to checkin and daily free breakfast. Slightly older units but overall budget friendly. Had trouble getting on the internet but once I was able to connect no further issues.
