"The hotel location is great and there was plenty of room. However, there is no AC (the room temperature stayed 25°C during the whole stay; even though we set it to 19°C). The floor is a carpet which does not get cleaned often: dusty and there were stains on the carpet. Also there was a dead animal (probably a spider or a bug) on the floor at a corner … Personably, we won’t go there again…"

"We were very unsure about booking because of reviews here and leaving reviews is something I I rarely do but felt the need to do once home. I’m confused at how some people have rated this place to badly it was brilliant! We only stayed in a comfort cottage .. yes it’s not brand new it was still clean upon arrival and had everything we needed (just take your own towels and bed sheets or they charge) as for the park itself there was so much to do the playgym was one of the best my daughter has been too and they had a whole room full of bouncy castles. Constantly had shows and entertainment on for the kids. The pool was brilliant my kids loved the rapids! Was never an issue getting in either I would just recommend either going first thing or at 7pm. There’s a supermarket on site with a fresh bakery and coffee and always had everything we needed or you can venture out a mile or so to aldi! We didn’t eat in the restaurants but the food looked great the Italian in particular but it was fully booked! If I had something bad to say it was just the fact we didn’t have direct access to the road from our cottage and we travelled with a disabled child so packing up the car was a nightmare for us and my husband ended up having to do it all on his own as I couldn’t leave our daughter. But we did get disabled parking which meant we didn’t have to leave the car in the main car park we were allowed to leave it in the park so it was closer. We were quoted double for Sherwood Forest in the UK so the price for us was a real bonus! It turned out cheaper including the ferry and all travel to come to Belgium than to travel an hour from our home in UK. The atmosphere was great too Belgium in general is a quiet country and you never had or saw any trouble! Overall I would recommend anyone with children to visit here we loved it!"
