房子有十來年，屬於政府黨校賓館，冬季有暖氣，挺温馨，設施也乾淨整潔，服務挺周到，有內部停車場，吃飯人不多，所以早餐挺簡單，一種稀飯，兩種炒菜，兩種地方熱菜，三種米糕饅頭和蒸餃。值得推薦！
