兩個枕頭底下有頭髮，床單上有臟東西如圖，晚上睡覺噪音不斷，不隔音：隔壁朋友看電視還挺晚的哈客服阿姨人挺熱情，雖然房間不乾淨，交通是便利的也好找

體驗感超級差
首先衞生一般，去拿拖鞋，在那摸到一手蜘蛛網；第二，燈太暗，設施環境都很 low；第三，房間隔音效果太差，大半夜了還能聽見別人講話的聲音，還能聽見隔壁********聲，導致休息不好；第四，房卡失靈，出門回來刷不開。
綜上所述，體驗感超級差，半顆星都不想給

老闆態度好，外面環境看着也好，但是你們一定要想辦法解決隔音問題，酒店才能繼續做下去。隔音真的太差了，大晚上我本來以為他們是在走廊説話，結果都是在自己房間説話，左邊房間説完，右邊又開始説，不知道的以為我們在同一個房間，那堵牆好像根本沒用，，兩三點雞又開始打鳴了，半夜四5:00樓上的人説這個酒店看着都好，但是這個隔音效果是真差，真不是我一個人這麼覺得，關鍵是這句話還被我聽到了，可想而知。

手機沒開定位，下錯酒店位置。結果不能退，結果打車差不多十公里過來住！吵得很，一大早就有打麻將的聲音跟外面講話的聲音，門跟紙糊的一樣！衞生環境一言難盡，牀頭櫃座機都起一層灰了，浴室都發黴發黑，毛巾本應該是白色結果卻是發黃發黑。其他的就不説了，總之誰住誰知道！😷😷
