Lovely hotel, very well cared for, excellent staff! Beds were comfortable and rooms were very spacious! The restaurant was a little loud, but was to be expected in a space that big. Food was excellent.

The hotel was very nice!!! A nice older lady brought us towels with a huge smile and gave a nice day!! Hot tub was very nice! Huge pool!

The location cannot be beat if visiting someone on UD’s campus. As close to campus as you can get, but far enough away not to have to worry about noise or traffic. Plenty of parking and seemed safe. Rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. We had two queen beds and a balcony. We did not have a river view, but it appears the other side of the hotel would have a nice view of the river. Bathroom was small but well lit. I love having a standalone shower. Only issue was lack of sufficient shelving in the shower for my needs. The hotel offers built-in dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - I prefer to bring my own items and there was only one teeny shelf to fit everything I had. I was also not a fan of the frosted barn door for the bathroom door - the inside showed water stains that made it look dirty, and not having a lock makes you lose a sense of privacy when sharing a room. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant in the morning. Service and food were both good, and prices were fairly reasonable. Overall, this was a great place to stay in the Dayton area, particularly for friends and family of UD students.

Stayed here years ago. Property has undergone updating which is good. Room was clean and so was hotel overall. Only issue was with concierge lounge. The idea is a nice perk, but food needs improvement. Evening was supposed to be appetizers, but was more like a small meal with chicken tenders and fries. Breakfast looked good with scrambled eggs and sausage. Pastries were not good though. They seemed to be several days old and possibly freezer burned. Most were hard and just not fresh. Hard to believe someone put them out. Coffee was good and fresh. Would stay again

Very clean and spacious rooms. Quick elevators and friendly staff. Ample parking available. Not too much nearby to do. But it is a hotel and the hotel does provide shuttle service.

After 9 hours of driving, this proved to be an easy stop off the freeway. Hunter surprised us with a nice upgrade where we also had use of club level. Club level offered a decent breakfast, but snacks had finished at 8 pm in the evening. The downstairs restaurant was fast and excellent. The gym is also nice and it is a very quiet & safe area for walking. For the price, it was a good option on the road & we would stay here again
