可能是淡季接旅遊團緣故吧，酒店客房衞生感覺一般。地處複雜商業樓，電梯較舊，這個季節在大英這個價格如果選死海附近酒店可能性價比還要高點。

睡眠淺的就真的不要來住 隔壁打電話大聽得到 走廊過路的腳步聲很大 就連隔壁插充電頭都會很大的聲音 一晚上都沒有睡好 簡直了

熱水放半天也沒有去問前台問了2次，第一次説多放一會説10點多用熱水的人多，第2次11.30左右去問説沒有辦法讓我們不洗叫我們早上洗，晚上不洗澡覺得可不可能的事嘛！本來就感冒了的現在更加嚴重還發燒了，所以説你們應不應該出醫葯費啊？沒有熱水我們也衹能洗冷水啊！這是我們在大英住過最差最差的酒店了，你們供應不了熱水還開什麼酒店啊？還不如早點關了算了！酒店還不隔音半夜三更1-2點還有人大喊大叫的哭讓人怎麼睡啊？一直吼超級大聲的真的很無語的。酒店燈光暗的要死真的無話可説了。體驗感極差，下次不會來了拉進黑名單，要住這個酒店的朋友們慎重啊！
